What happens during the Morpheus8 treatment?

Morpheus8 is a handheld device. It is applied to the area being treated for a period of seconds and heat energy is delivered. It is normal to feel some discomfort and tingling.

Is there any downtime with Morpheus8?

As Morpheus 8 is a non surgical procedure there is minimal downtime. It is normal for the skin to be red immediately following the treatment. This redness may persist for up to 5 days but normally subsides in a few hours. Some mild scabbing may occur for a couple of days post treatment.

How long does Morpheus8 procedure take?

Morpheus8 treatment usually takes 20-30 minutes depending on the areas being covered.


Is Morpheus8 treatment painful?

For Morpheus8 treatment pain can be managed with a combination of topical and local anaesthetic. This minimises discomfort. Most patients tolerate the procedure well.

Morpheus8 usually requires 3 treatments that are spaced out 4-6 weeks apart for optimal results.
