What are polynucleotides?
Polynucleotides are natural, highly-purified DNA molecules usually extracted from trout fish gonads.
Polynucleotides are highly-purified DNA molecules extracted from fish. The ones used in NEWEST , PLINEST and PLINEST eye are known as PN-HPT . When we inject them into the skin, they reach the cells called fibroblasts. These cells are responsible for the formation of connective tissue through their ability to produce collagen, which helps maintain skin’s firm structure.
As we age, collagen production declines, which is why our skin gets saggy and more wrinkled.
Polynucleotides stimulate the fibroblasts to produce more collagen, leading to firmer, smoother skin.
Following treatment with any of the products you can expect your skin to be firmer, smoother and more radiant. You’ll notice a more even skin tone that looks younger and fresher! If you’ve had treatment with NEWEST, then you can also expect dry skin to be more hydrated and luminous, while dark circles will be reduced if you undergo treatment with PLINEST eye.
It takes time for the collagen to get to work, so you can expect to see initial results three weeks after your first treatment. Best results will be noticeable after you’ve completed your course of treatments and will last 6 -9 months.

Cells have DNA, which is made of polynucleotides. When we inject more polynucleotides into aged and damaged skin cells, they help to regenerate tissue by stimulating fibroblasts – a type of cell that contributes to the formation of connective tissue. Essentially, we are healing skin from within.
Polynucleotides are injected into aged and damaged and skin via specific techniques, depending on the product used.
Side effects are minimal, depending on the injection technique used. As with any injection, patients can expect some slight redness and swelling following treatment. No serious adverse events have been reported.
Yes, absolutely. Polynucleotides can be offered as a stand-alone treatment or used in combination with any other procedure. There has been excellent results alongside dermal filler, botulinum toxin, PRP and radiofrequency treatments.
Depending on the severity of your concerns, we advise three to four treatments spaced three weeks apart to achieve best results with each of the products.
